Better than the best

He helped me when I thought I was beyond help

Fake ID case. Our 20.5 year old daughter who is an exemplary student got caught into an unfortunate set of circumstances (lost her wallet) and ended up with a criminal citation. We were all frantic, she was stressed out beyond words as she is a pre-med student with no time in hand for this sort of thing and a full load of courses (6), EMT volunteer service and other community volunteer programs she's involved in because she believes in good causes. We are from Boston so we didn't know anyone in Pittsburgh. I found Dave through online research. His website was very good, his resume solid and his reviews excellent. I had a good feeling about him and given the time constraint we were faced with I decided to take a chance. I called him and we had an excellent phone conversation (30 min or so) - he sounded smart, well-informed, clearly had dealt with many of those cases successfully so he knew exactly what needed to be done. That phone call sealed the deal. I was still a bit apprehensive as this was a big deal for our only child and as some good-on-the-internet deals are not that good in reality. The hearing was today, all charges were withdrawn and despite the fact that he had to be at a bail hearing, which there is no question that was something that took precedent over our case, his partner Nick was present and did a fantastic job. During weeks before the court hearing Dave communicated with me by email and phone. When I was trying to decide if I should fly to Pittsburgh for the hearing, he kindly and honestly helped ease my fears and made me feel o.k. with not going, which was the right choice. It would have been absolutely unnecessary for me to make the trip. Not only would I have stressed out our daughter but I would have also added an unnecessary significant expense. I don't have enough words of praise for Dave and his firm, his professionalism and work ethic. I don't wish this type of thing to any parent out there but bad things do happen and it's reassuring to know that someone competent and reliable as Dave has your back. Big thank you Dave, Nick and the entire team!

Didn't end up needing an attorney but they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Reasonable price. Very easy to reach no matter what time of day.

Dave was fantastic and very professional. Communication was great and for having a few traffic violations, I was pleasantly surprised by this considering a lawyers case load. I had enough traffic violations to potentially have my license revoked which would have affected my job. Dave made sure I walked out of the magistrates office with no points on my license.
