All I can say is Justin and his team are 5 star! This This includes Kim who handles the office. They are professional, knowledgeable and also take the time to personally listen to your unique situation so that they can craft a plan of action for you. I never thought I would be in the situation we were in, but I felt confident after the very first conversation with Justin, and each conversation thereafter with his team. Not only did they help us with the legal matters so we understood them in laymen’s terms, but they were also there for us during some unrelated very challenging family challenging times. They are a group extremely bright, kind, caring, compassionate professionals. But please do NOT let this fool you…they KNOW the legal system inside and out. David Zuckerman should be your first choice when it comes to legal representation.! You want the lawyer who is familiar and well-known by the court !! His vast experience, courtroom professionalism, knowledge and familiarity with the judges and staff is a huge asset. Very upfront very straightforward I can't say enough good things about him. I am so glad we found this firm! There are so many Pittsburgh attorneys, so how do you know someone is going to really stick with you and see your problem all the way through? So if that’s what you’re looking for, definitely call Justin Ketchel law. From my very first call, Kim was patient and really listened to all my questions. And she was understanding. Tom, our attorney, was absolutely the best. He was dependable and always treated our case as important. We truly felt like he was there for us. He gave us excellent advice, and respected how we felt when it came to making decisions. And best of all, despite a judicial system that sometimes can take a lot longer to resolve an issue than you would anticipate... we got the just verdict that we were hoping for. And I don’t know if that would have happened if we didn’t have Tom, and the support of his firm behind him.

He was late to every hearing. I had to call his office just for him to remember to show up. I ask him to email my professor ahead of time to inform them of my absent in class, which he agreed to do He never did it. I am never taking his council again for my legal problems.
