Worst experience with an attorney ever! This firm will take advantage of you if you don't know what you are doing. My advice would be to go elsewhere.

I am still talking about how Attorney Walker went above and beyond to help me. I cannot say enough good things about Attorney Walker. When I called Attorney Walker's office, I spoke with Nicole, who was kind, compassionate, helpful and knowledgeable. She went out of her way to answer my questions. She was thorough and efficient. It was obvious that she listened to everything I said. I was anxious and scared to go to traffic court. Attorney Walker arrived at court and was pleasant, polite, reassuring, but honest. He explained to me what to expect and also went out of his way to answer my questions. I thought that someone with the amount of experience and education as he would be intimidating, but he was down to earth, respectful, and explained the law in terms I could understand. He cared. Called the Law offices of Frank Walker to inquire about his retainer for services. Was told by his assistant Nicole, that she would get back to me within a day or 2. 3 days had passed so I decided to send an email to his office just to touch bases, received an email from his assistant Nicole saying she would pass along the information about the case. Another (2) days had pasted so I decided to call the office again, this time his assistant Nicole had not only an attitude, but was very rude and unprofessional. Being as I had read Mr. Walker was a top notch attorney for the Pittsburg area, his staff his very rude and unprofessional. I've decided that if I was going to pay $15k for an attorney, I would rather have an attorney who's staff would treat me with some RESPECT and ones that know how to COMMUNICATE professionally. I wouldn't recommend this law office to my worst enemy.

I found the Zuckerman Law Firm while conducting a Google search for expungements in the Pittsburgh area. After contacting Dave, I found him to be very professional and he was willing to spend time with me on the phone to answer all my questions, concerns and provided a time table for the expungement process. He always kept me informed of the process. Everything was done over the phone or via email. Dave was always available to take my call. He completed the expungement process quicker than I thought and I am very satisfied with his work. I highly recommend him and his law firm.

I was very very pleased with the way Dave helped my family out with our case. He returned my calls in a timely manner and took the extra time to translate the legal verbiage. Would highly recommend him to anyone.
