I signed a contract with this firm. Six months of little to no contact and then a letter of termination of representation. All this firm did was set me back six months on my case and made some issues more difficult, if not impossible to pursue. I feel as if they are a fence rider. There actions were in more favor of the illegal scumbag corporation I was suing. All this outfit will do is make your life more miserable. Last good review was 2015. No surprise to me.

He took my civil case he ruined my unemployment by giving my case to a different lawyer that new nothing about my case .. I tried calling him for months during my case not once did he respond back ., I had to find out on my own when I called the court they told me he dropped my case without my knowledge then he told the judge I agreed to him not being my lawyer ., his paralegals were so ignorant acted like I didn’t have a right to ask questions about my case and why David never sold with me ever .. I tried calling him then he blocked me .. I later found out his he’d having problems with personal issues should I not say why ?? I could but won’t .. he was the worst lawyer ever he was so unprofessional cost me everything over him having personal problems cost me my case ., I would never recommend this lawyer ever he is the worst ., now I’m left with finding one that will handle my whistleblower retaliation claim

I've known David for a while now and know that he is tremendously committed to his clients. He is always coming up with creative ways to help others - which is not always the case with all attorneys. Many are more interested in their fees than they are your success... David is a unique and fresh twist. He really gives a great name to the attorney profession. If your business needs some advice, I highly recommend David's firm!

I generally dislike lawyers -- sorry, I know that sounds bad, but I have been burned :-) -- but David is the exception. He is upfront and open, clearly explaining pricing, speaking in plain English, and walking you through the steps. He helped me both set up and dissolve a Shareholders agreement, worked on my contract, and has been happy to be cc'd on any communications to clients who have been tardy in payment. A few times he has had to follow up with phone calls. Having a lawyer "on my team" has been a wonderful resource.

After talking to several lawyers, David was by far the most responsive and knowledgeable of the group. He takes the time to listen and really cares. I would highly recommend him.
