She was referred to me to work on a short sale a few years ago. I also dealt with her on another home sale. She completed screwed up and was extremely rude and hard to deal with - I personally would never do business with this woman again. Very unprofessional. Bad experience overall.

I retained Ms Tarasi for an impossible legal malpractice case. She did everything she said she would do and went beyond my expectations. I got a tremendous result. I am going to use her for all my legal needs. Cannot speak highly enough about her and her services.

This "attorney", Elizabeth Tarasi was entrusted with a legal malpractice lawsuit I personally composed & filed. She had absolutely no monetary investment in the case; but gave her word she would handle the case accordingly. On the day Elizabeth, known as Beth, Tarasi phoned me to claim she settled my case, I informed her, in email writing, I did not agree to the settlement. It was at that time she sprung on me her fee requirement. Before that date, she had not provided an attorney-client relationship / fee agreement. Who does that? Foolishly, I trusted her, as she initially comes across as trustworthy. There were so many red flags with this person, from the start when she informed me it was not necessary to meet in person; she would handle my civil case without my ever meeting her. Within months of speaking on the phone & email contact, she was requesting a five-star review be provided on her behalf. I initially provided an excellent review, and by the time she chose to inform me she settled my case, against my instructing I was not agreeable, she used tactics of bullying end the case. She was eventually reported to the Disciplinary Board & emails were provided to the Board regarding this most unfortunate and unpleasant experience I had endured because of simple trust I gave to Elizabeth Tarasi. As a professional in health care service, I entrusted Beth Tarasi believing her initial comments that she would represent my case, keep me informed, and not settle a case unless I agreed. She has failed to return my legal file, documents entrusted to her & pertinent evidence mailed to her, always at my expense. Beth Tarasi is highly NOT recommended.

I used attorney Tarasi in a real estate contract dispute. She addressed my issue immediately , filed suit and got us before a judge quickly. My Dispute was resolved in 6 months at a reasonable cost and in my favor.

Attorney Tarasi takes as much time as necessary with her clients. She is very bright and understands the law as well as how to use it to advance her clients interests. She really fights for her clients. I recommend her if you ever need an attorney
