Hi,
My disability company denied my short term disability claim a no valid reason. My PCP gave them around 6 reasons why I shouldn't be working but the disability company simply did not care and denied my claim and I was forced back to return to work in severe pain. A nightmare senerio.
Jon and his team filed an appeal with the short term disability company and eventually the short term disability company approved my claim.
There was no way I could have done this on my own so thanks to Jonathan Cohn, Esquire and his team my claim got approved!
