Mother was a client of an attorney (Morris) here. He took years to resolve a case with property and the billable hours soared despite getting no where. Had a very basic question about the PoA he drafted for her. Left a message and never returned my call. Indicated a family rate and later found through documents was charging x2-3 his rate from merely 3 years ago. Do not recommend. Update: Attorney Morris contacted me after approximately 2.5 -3 weeks after voicemail. Stated he was in court and busy; Did not have anyone return call. He clarified his rate differences were from due to his employ in a different practice.

In 2019, these attorneys settled a case my family had with a medical facility. When reaching out to the law firm, they would answer any and all of my concerns in an expeditious way. Everyone from the support staff was constantly considerate and friendly with timely return calls if necessary.
