I meet Mr. Tully at a moment in my life then I was confused and scared, I was involved in my first car accident and within hours the insurance companies starting calling and they there not concerned about my condition at all. I was just asked to sign papers which I did not understand. If not for Mr. Tully and his staff I would have signed papers that would have hurt me later. I am very grateful to this wonderful team of professionals that truly rescued me in a great time of need. Thank you Mr. Tully and team for caring about me as a person and not a case.

I suffered injuries from an unfortunate motorcycle wreck two years ago. Long story short, the other driver involved was 100% at fault. Being incapacitated at the hospital, my family decided for me to bring a lawyer into the matter, and they settled on Bernard Tully because he, in their words, "seemed like the nicest one to reach out to us." I was out of work for nine months because I was on medical leave to give an idea of the severity of my injuries. Bernard Tully, Mr. Bernie as I called him, always presented himself in a professional way but in a down-to-Earth way as well. One of the the most important things Mr. Bernie did for me was he would ask "how are you doing/feeling, Jeff?" Or, "how's the family doing?" Although the case was important to him, he made it seem secondary to my feelings and that means the world to me. Then there's the staff that works at the law firm, Mary and Pam, both of whom follow the same set of "rules" as Mr. Tully; being polite, patient, and understanding. We recently settled on my case and, with no doubt in my mind, I know that my lawyer has done everything in his power to get the most money for my case. While I focused on the "important" things like healing and getting back on my feet, I knew I could trust Bernard Tully to worry about the money side of things. I can't say enough nice things about the man or what he's done for me. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the same type of situation that I was in.
