Kelvin has proved my son’s innocence in Fayette county for over 5 years !!! A county that’s built on destruction of character and hearsay. If someone says you did something then you did it in Fayette County . You will sit for years until proved it was all unjust due to poor judgement by law enforcement , gang members who want what the non gang members have will lie and their word will be backed by law enforcement and law enforcement has no evidence.
