Carmen Nocera, from Ainsman Levine, did an excellent job representing me. He was very knowledgeable and informative. Website says free consultation but when I called for more info they said $300 just for the consult.

I suffered a horrific accident on a construction job two years ago resulting in an amputation. From day one he took the time to really understand the nuances and fine details regarding my incident. He provided excellent communication every step of the way as he guided me and explained the processes involved when I would try to make sense of what was happening at the moment. When it seemed that we may have hit a roadblock due to a liability issue, he assuaged my fears and gave me the hope that we could break past it. Due to his extensive legal experience and highly favorable results I trusted his assessment of the situation. From the start of our relationship he kept my expectations realistic instead of promising me the moon and the stars and telling me what I wanted to hear which I appreciated greatly. In the end we were luckily able to settle for an amount that was in the range that I desired despite the prior liability issue referenced above due to his adept skills as a personal injury attorney. If it were possible to give Brendan 6 stars I would but unfortunately I cannot.

We chose Gismondi & Associates to represent us in a personal injury claim resulting from a violent head-on collision with a car driven by a DUI driver in June 2021. The law firm located in Pittsburgh was highly recommended by a White Oak law firm. Atty. Scott D.Glassmith of the Gismondi law firm reached out to determine if my wife, son, and myself had a case; thereafter agreed to represent us. All subsequent discussions were by conference calls; written communications electronic. Q&A and explanations were in layman's terms, not legalese. It was advantageous that the drunk driver accepted responsibility and apologized to us and to the police and even at the accident scene. Following the accident she was tested at the hospital and had twice the legal limit for blood alcohol for Pennsylvania. It was unfortunate for us however that her insurance carrier is known for lowball accident settlements. We we are very thankful for the hard work of Scott and his staff obtaining medical/ hospital records and going through difficult negotiations for an acceptable settlement. For us, Atty. Scott Glassmith's demand for an immediate jury trial in response to several requests for delay over a whole year by the other party is further testament to his outstanding lawyering.
