I was in a car accident, and Joe took over the worries that I could not handle in my time of need. There was not a time that Joe didn't check up on me, joe always made me feel comfortable and I never had to worry. Joe always explained everything in layman's terms, and had a wonderful rapport with all of the groups that we had to deal with.
