Mike handled a mesothelioma case for a family member and did a wonderful job. He was patient, caring, and accommodating, which was crucial as our family was dealing with the deterioration and ultimate passing of our loved one. Mike shielded the family from the majority of the stress of the case and was always available via phone to answer our questions, patiently making sure we understood what was happening. Whenever face to face meetings were required, Mike always came to us, which was no small thing as we were nearly 100 miles away. Mike was respectful and always honored the decisions and direction the family ultimately arrived at. Hello. When I saw that Bernie was putting together a few testimonials for his website I decided that I should say a few words on behalf of Bernie and his wonderful law firm. I had run into some trouble a couple of years back and I needed to find legal representation. The Law Office of Bernard Tully and Assoc. are great attorneys and great people in general. First of all is the secretary in the office is very polite and will get your messages to the attorney in a timely fashion, (Mary). The para legals are well knowledged on how to handle the cases they take on, and the Attorney Bernie Tully is a polite man and very knowledgeable and gets you the results to your case in a timely manner. I personally have had the personal experience of using Bernie Tully as a defense attorney in a case, and my mother had the opportunity of having him handle her auto accident case for her.
