Getting any response from David Manes or his office is near impossible after you’ve signed paperwork. Simple questions go unanswered, emails and phone calls are ignored. 40% of any possible settlement but can’t give their clients any type of context or information, even if it’s been requested. Asked for more information or if I should essentially stop bothering him, never got an answer back. It’s really not asking for much.

I cannot recommend David Manes and his team highly enough! He and his entire team are wonderful to work with and are rockstars at getting the job done. If you need results these are your people. One of the best moments of working with David through a very difficult and emotional case for me was hearing opposing counsel use her opening statement time to endorse him as “one of the best” and “the smartest guy in the room”.

My wife trusted them with her hard-earned money and her upcoming arbitration hearing. The arbitration hearing is no longer going to be an issue and she asked for her balance of her retainer to be returned to her. Retainer was $2,000. All they did was file paperwork and continue a hearing. I know the local news station and local officials; I have zero tolerance for businesses taking advantage of people.

They sent a demand letter once they didn't pay they dismissed me.
The re-budle from the other attorney pointed out blatent lies that I had informed David manes about.
Wasted a month of time... disappointed and dissatisfied.
