Attorney Mike Deriso and Investigator Jim Smith are true Ironmen! I owe my very freedom to them. My criminal corporate tax case was extremely complex and multi-layered. LThe whole law group was amazing! I hired Nina Martinelli, and let me tell you I couldn’t be happier exclamation! Throughout the whole process anytime I called or my family called the office …. phones were always answered, and the attorneys always called my family back to let them know everything that was going on. I originally only hired Nina for one case, but ended up really liking her and her amazing work as a lawyer, and so I ended up hiring her for my other two cases. So she got two cases dropped and withdrawn. In my last case we are still going to court for. What I really like about this law firm is it day guide you every step of the way through the criminal justice system, and also answer any questions that you may have promptly. I also love the fact that this law group knows many of the court rooms, the DAs, judges, and numerous police agencies and they are able to work well with all these different agencies to get the outcome that’s best for the client. Brittany is a great lawyer down to earth easy to talk to and will fight for you like no other lawyer. She seems to genuinely care. She helped me get my grandson out of a really bad situation. I will always appreciate everything she did for me in court. If you need a good lawyer I would go with her.

Nina Martinelli was amazing. My charges were dropped. Getting charged with something I didn't do was horrible. Nina helped clear my name. Hopefully I never find myself in this situation again, but if I do, Nina will be the first person I call.
