Very professional and helpful.

Following some false accusations against me, I found myself facing criminal charges for fraud and the potential loss of my medical license. I had no idea where to turn to deal with the situation until I was referred to Joseph Paletta. I was incredibly nervous to work with an attorney as I have a very severe anxiety disorder. Immediately upon meeting Joe, I informed him of my anxiety disorder. Joseph Paletta not only took my mental health into consideration, but he went above and beyond any expectations that I had for him. He was kind, patient, and considerate. When I became overwhelmed during our consultations, he was caring enough to be patient with me as I took everything in and regrouped. I made a stupid decision one night, and found myself facing a first DUI conviction. I was terrified and overwhelmed with stress. A DUI on its own is life changing, but when you also are a nurse, it can also be career-ending. I was referred by an attorney to contact Joseph Paletta after receiving a DUI.
