Josh was easily the best decision to help me fight some tough traffic tickets I was facing. He was always respectful and explained everything that I did not understand throughout the process. Josh was the best decision we could have made when it was time to hire a lawyer. We had rented a van to go to a convention in New Jersey. On our way back home to Indiana, it was raining so badly that we had an accident and the rental van was damaged around Pittsburg, PA. As a result of the accident, the rental company told us that we were responsible for the damages and that we had to pay even though it was due to the weather condition and not my driving. Even though we had purchased full coverage with the rental company, they still told us that they would not cover the damages because the police officer at the time of the accident had given us a traffic citation for "driving at an unsafe speed".  When we decided to hire Josh in regards to that traffic citation, he picked up the phone himself. He was very responsive to phone calls, text messages and emails that my wife and I were sending him. He advised us to get statements from other people who were traveling with us in the van. He also told us about all the steps of the process, what would happen when we hired him, what would happen at the court, what options we had in case the case was not dismissed. Even when we had to postpone the court date, he helped us with everything. Even though we wanted to travel back to Pennsylvania for the actual court day, we could not do it for personal reasons. So we told him that we could not make it to court 5 days before the court date. On the court day, he represented us and got the case dismissed successfully!!! We were so relieved, because when the case was dismissed, the rental company also updated their records and as a result, we will not have to pay for the damages anymore. Josh made the process smooth, and without stress. We already knew from day 1 that we were in good hands. He is very professional and we are very grateful for his help. We recommend him 1000% to anyone who has a ticket in PA. Thanks again Josh! YOU'RE THE BEST!!!
