Kelton has been my attorney for 5 years and there is nobody I trust more to handle my legal work. He has been an asset for my business and I couldn't appreciate him more than I do. Whether it's 9am Monday morning or 6pm on a Friday, Kelton has always been there to answer my questions.

Kelton is an excellent lawyer. He is knowledgeable, professional, and always answers his phone. Today Kelton Burgess denied me service after 4 days of "I'll give them a call and get back to you"..... I have called him daily since last weds, with the same answer every day. I called him this morning- 8/26/19 and he had a hissy fit that I called him Monday morning 10am rightfully looking for answers after being strung along for the past week. I'm assuming this is normal behavior for an attorney, but what am I supposed to do as a customer under a time crunch.

My wife and I recommend him for consideration in meeting your legal needs.

I consulted with mr Burgess concerning my legal difficulties concerning a physician who performed my hand surgery and the claim that was sent to my insurance carrier in which it was denied. The physician attempted to pursue me in court althouh it was quite clear that his billing department was at at fault. Mr Burgess advised me to proceed thru the proper channels within the insurance company. I contacted the insurance as advised and the claim was reprocessed. The insurance company indicated that I was not at fault and it was the doctor's billing department that was responsible for the claim not being processed correctly.

Mr. Burgess was very thorough and professional during our business meetings with him. He helped my wife and feel comfortable that when we become incapacitated or after our death, our affairs are in order. We now have peace of mind. He answered all our questions and addressed our concerns. An added bonus is his friendly and witty personality.

Kelton did a great job, digging into facts. assessing the appropriate domicile for jet, how to structure entity. how to structure business going forward, so as to minimize clients costs. I did not hire kelton, my client did. they were very satisified.

Mr. Burgess handled my Estate Planning. It was the complete package: living trust, HIPPA, will, death requests, etc. He represents everything I've felt a lawyer/person should be. He is engaging, attentive and concerned that the client throughly understands the product , if not, takes the time to explain.
