Inexperience is something that is very scary when you’re about to make the largest investment you’ve ever made. My wife and I as first time home buyers had many questions and were not expecting to buy a for sale by owner home. The house was in a great neighborhood and great school district but homes were selling quickly and we needed assistance. My wife and I decided to look online for a real estate lawyer. I remembered the website Avvo, there is where we came across Kim Kisner’s profile! Beginning to closing Kim was very attentive and always responded back to us quickly with answers, which was a great help especially for two people very new to the process. I hope if your new to real estate you talk to Kim to help you sort through the confusion. : )

Wonderful experience. Ms Kisner is an excellent communicator, efficient, prompt and thoughtful. We hired her to review and modify a contract for the sale of our home in Mt Lebanon.
