Hired Mr. Daffner for my son's case on recommendation from a friend. He is truly one of the smartest people I know. He was able to see through what they were trying to do and get to the bottom of things. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

My husband and I are absolutely beyond happy with Mr. Daffner's services in several matters involving our son. Marc has represented me and other guys from my motorcycle club in 4 different criminal cases and has always taken care of every little detail and got great results in all the cases. Does absolutely nothing .. evidence against me was to be surpressed for it was an illegal search and seizure but since thos lawyer does absolutley did nothimg but botch about money even though he was paid up..

My son was arrested for homicide and Marc got him off. It was not his fault. Marc is very experienced and knows the law 100%. Actually he knows the law better than the judges. He was worth every penny of legal fees and saved my sons life. Do not waste your time with any rinky dink lawyer! If you want the best - go see Marc.

Marc Daffner was hired to defend our son in a criminal case. He did nothing to defend our son. Kept delaying the hearing date, showed up 45 minutes late to the preliminary hearing, and would not return phone calls. Our son's partner worked with the local district attorney and all charges were dropped. Mr. Daffner charged $5000 and did nothing! He refuse to provide an itemized billing or return the overpayment on the retainer.

Marc sucks. He continued to postpone my son's trial, for awhile we thought he was working on my son's case. Boy were we wrong. He did NOTHING. He never objected lie after lie the witness statement. Even though there was documented proof. His closing argument was at MOST 5 minutes, the prosecutor's was 45 min. I'm not up set because he lost the case, I'm angry that he took almost $1500.00 and did NOTHING. He knew a jury member knew the prosecutor, he let that go. He knew a trooper lied on his report, the bank teller insisted a thin tall black man robbed her, my son is a short well built white man, still he did NOTHING. The police put out a bolo for a black man. He NEVER timed the route from where my son was at therapy and where he was apparently robbing a bank. Over 45 minutes away. The states fingerprint expert said they found prints but not my son's he did NOTHING. A woman in the court house said the case was decided before the trial started. And what a coincidence 2 months later he now is an appointed lawyer for Westmoreland County. Losing a case happens I realize that but there is absolutely NO EVIDENCE. Yes there was a robbery but it was done by Marc. He took money from us, and DID NOTHING. So save your money folks this LAWYER is the reason people hate LAWYERS. We want at least 50% of our money for the 100% of no work. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE!!!! You would do better with a public defender. If you had a similar story contact me on Facebook at Terri Cordero.

I have used Marc in the past and am always amazed at the results.

I was told about Attorney Daffner from Tom Gorgone,a Private Investigator. I payed Mr. Daffner to represent my son, Raymel Addison who is doing time for a third degree murder. My son received 36 to 56years, time running consecutively. My son was never given time served for his 3 years while waiting for trial. Attorney Daffner assured me that my son was given a raw deal and that my son's time should have given concurrently. So far all that Attorney Daffner has done was take my money. He has refused to call me or take my son's phone calls. I have not received any letters from Attorney Daffner stating what he is going to do for my son.

Marc Daffner was very highly recommended to me by one of his clients. I hired him to help me with a DUI charge that was unfair since the police had no evidence but were friends with the father of the kid who was really driving. Marc got to the bottom of the whole deal and was able to save my #!%* since he was not afraid to confront the dirty cops. This guy is the BEST, and he belongs on the bench as a judge. Then this city would have a chance of getting some much-needed respect back behind its name. Marc will do whatever it takes to help his clients, no lie.

Attorney Marc Daffner represented me in a real estate transaction when I was one of 148 plaintiffs against a multi-state realtor con man. Although real state law is not Marc's specialty, he was the only lawyer out of the 148 other cases who succeeded in "piercing the corporate veil" and won us a treble (triple) damage award against the defendant. I would recommend him to anyone, anytime, under any circumstances for any legal need. He was ultra-professional, incredibly intelligent, (he knows the law like the back of his hand) always prompt and worth every penny-and then some. You cannot do better than this man for legal help. I await the day he is elected to the bench and can bring fairness back to the courtroom. Attorney Daffner also assisted my college aged son when he got involved in a DUI incident with other young people who had become inebriated and then gotten behind the wheel of a car. We thank God that our son was able to complete his military duties without undue punishment due to the legal effort of Marc Daffner. There are not enough words to explain how good this lawyer is, and it is your loss if you pass him by.
