I was referred to Mr. Harris due to a case he had won from a friend. I reached out to Mart Harris in December about my case. At the initial consultation via zoom I met with two men from the firm, one of which was Mr. Harris although I’m not exact due to cameras being off which is highly unprofessional. I had asked questions about my DUI & their companies success with them & was okay with their responses therefore I sent over my payment, records & case information months before my preliminary hearing.
I had been requesting another meeting via phone/email to go over my version of what happened the night of my arrest in detail. I didn’t really get a response on when that could happen for a while, after a few more emails I received a call that he could sit & meet with me an hour before my case which was in March. My original date was in January but my counsel had a prior commitment therefore it was rescheduled for March.
Moving forward, it’s now the big day that I’ve been so anxious about; my court date! I meet him face to face in his office an hour before my hearing & he tells me that he doesn’t usually take or do DUI cases (huh?!). At this time, I’m scared. Why would you waste my time/money?! I asked you way back in December about your experience & success with DUI cases. Moving forward we are in the courtroom waiting for my name to be called Mr. Harris pulls me out of the courtroom to ask a question about the speed I was going that night, if he read over my report that I sent him way back in December not at my preliminary hearing he would of known this already!!!!! I’m extremely frustrated. My case was held for court.
Later that evening I emailed him questions about my case that I’m still processing, he calls me via phone instead of replying to my email. As we are discussing a trial fee schedule & my case details I interrupted him to ask about my Penn Dot license appeal that was coming up in June. He mentioned that he doesn’t deal with that but referred me to someone else who does & suggested that I then also may want to go with this guy to take my case so that I’m not paying two attorney's!!! WTF?! He knew this all along, when I asked about this back in December his office is who explained to me what I needed to do & where to file for my Penn Dot appeal. I should’ve got a public defender or represented myself for the preliminary hearing & saved my $750 for a lawyer who could really help me in my case. Unethical to say the least! Save your money.

I hired KM&A to represent me against my employer. I had to pay to see an attorney. Once I met with Mr. Harris he promised me the world. I thought everything would be great. Well, the truth is that he and his firm is the biggest mistake I've ever made. He failed to reach important deadlines. He never returned phone calls. He didn't even show up for a court hearing that he told me about and assured me that he would be there. His firm tried to cover up his mistakes with more misinformation. And, the list could go on and on. Maybe, he can be a great attorney if you are is only client but from everything that I was subject to... you really better hope that it's only you.

Having to deal with a custody matter is never easy. It feels as though your under a microscope and always defending yourself. Up against a wall with no sign of how to get some relief. Attorney Harris made the entire process more than comfortably manageable. When feeling like all was lost, he was able to reaffirm resolve and tact, to push forward professionally and with care. He was more than willing to answer all of my questions. He is the most sharp witted man I have ever met, with the ability to make any argument his own. After our dealings I know for any legal matter I need to look no further. He is a constant professional with the highest degree of care for your issues. He will fight by your side with his upmost. Could not recommend any higher. The very best. I thank him. My family thanks him. You will too if you are fortunate enough to have him represent you for your legal needs.
