I had several questions about custody rights as a father and she was kind and understanding. She gave me some peace of mind in a difficult situation.

Felt comfortable with Attorney Kairys knowing that she was looking out for my family's best interest. She maintained professionalism throughout all my proceedings and helped me throughout all my issues. Divorce is an awful thing to have to go through but it is nice to have someone that cares on your side. She was very responsive and thorough. All communications were done in a timely manner.

I met Nicole Kairys through Second Saturday class to get an idea on what options i had since i was considering a divorce. I immediately felt such comfort with her then, I knew she was the one I wanted to represent me. She answered every question I had, followed up with thoughts and scenarios I never considered, and guided me along the way to protect myself financially, and always made sure I understood what was happening and what could happen. She also gave me “tough love” on ideas I had on a real estate matter I believed to be hopeless, and made it possible thanks to her own networking. My particular divorce was pretty straight forward so from my initial filing to my declaration of divorce, it was 6 months and relatively fast. I also got to see the correspondence she sent to my now ex-husband. She also took the time in explaining things clearly - so that even he had comfort in what was happening. Glad I had Nicole Kairys as my divorce lawyer. Nicole was very thorough and thoughtful during this whole process. Nicole was very professional and in control when the opposing lawyer was hot headed and unprofessional. Divorce or any domestic dispute is ugly to say the least. Nicole represented me for a lengthy and hostile divorce. Nicole was honest and direct with the possible outcomes. I was well prepared my Nicole for what to expect each time we had to enter court. She showed compassion and caring but was invested in my case for the best possible scenario for myself and my children. Her knowledge and experience gave me the confidence to enter court each time with her. I would recommend Nicole for any family court matter.

Attorney Nicole Kairys helped us deal with a situation that was not easy. Nicole always made herself available when we needed her advice and counsel. When our situation ended, Nicole was there to finalize our duties. But her work didn't end there, she showed up unexpectedly to stand by us and support us when we needed it most. Nicole Kairys is such a kind and professional attorney and more importantly a genuine human.

Ms Kairys did not properly prepare for my divorce case. I gave her a timeframe as to when a PFA and previous divorce complaint was filed against my husband. She advised there were no such documents and had me sign the divorce complaint she and her staff prepared stating no other divorce action was taken. She did not persue the matters that we spoke about before I retained her. She let the opposing attorney have all the advantages during the proceedings. She then withdrew from my representation and at the time she withdrew she did not disclose that she was sharing/renting space with the opposing attorney.

Please read this review because you will not have to read another one, this will be the lawyer you decide on. Ms. Nicole Kairys was outstanding. To be very honest I have only dealt with a few lawyers in my life and when I did they didn't respond to my questions or needs in a fashionable manner but Ms. Kairys was always there for me, she steered me in the right direction, she was compassionate and knew what steps to take to make the results of my son's child support a success in my eyes. Ms. Kairys is far from a Liability she will be an asset if you choose her as your Lawyer so again please, do NOT read any other reviews you can stop here because this should be the lawyer you decide on!

Nicole was responsive, helpful and sensitive to my needs. We communicated very well. She was respectful of my budget and financial concerns.
