Never thought I'd have issues with a brand new vehicle at 16,000 miles. They helped us take on Dodge (2015 ram eco-diesel) and although the lemon law didn't apply the magnuson moss warranty act did apply. There was no fee to us and we won the case. Settled out of court the money we received helped offset the loss in trade in value. They always responded quickly and were very helpful. Highly recommend! They were clear and upfront about everyone that the process involved. My only regret was not contacting them sooner!

Mr. Fabiano gave me a concise answer. He took the time to give a very detailed explanation of the situation, what to do and what to expect. I also called him and he took the time to discuss further what I could do and shouldn't do. If he was in my area I would have hired him.
