From the moment I contacted Phil, he was a great help he came straight to the Halfway house I was at and came and talked to me about my case. He stayed in contact after I retained him an also came to visit every week when I was incarcerated at the Allegheny county jail. I never had a problem getting in touch with him when I had a question to ask. He works very hard on your case an will always put you first as a client. He never made me feel like I should take a plea an always made me feel comfortable about the status of my cases I have had Phil for multiple criminal cases also a Gag 2 Violation hearing. We Came Out on top each time. The biggest victory being a firearm case he got dismissed. Mr. Barco is highly recommended 10/10!
