Very professional and helpful.

Following some false accusations against me, I found myself facing criminal charges for fraud and the potential loss of my medical license. I had no idea where to turn to deal with the situation until I was referred to Joseph Paletta. I was incredibly nervous to work with an attorney as I have a very severe anxiety disorder. Immediately upon meeting Joe, I informed him of my anxiety disorder. Joseph Paletta not only took my mental health into consideration, but he went above and beyond any expectations that I had for him. He was kind, patient, and considerate. When I became overwhelmed during our consultations, he was caring enough to be patient with me as I took everything in and regrouped. Throughout the steps of my case, Joe kept me informed, and when the trauma of the situation caused me to begin having seizures, he was able to reschedule my hearings and work with my father to coordinate paperwork on my behalf. Legal difficulties are extremely stressful, emotional, and time consuming, and there is not a single attorney, or person, that I would want by my side other than Joseph Paletta.
