I cannot say enough good things about David Manes. He helped me with two difficult legal situation that involved a partner Who agreed to take over a business with me and then decided she didn’t want to be in the business after a month and a half, and a nasty, greedy and unreasonable landlord, and David worked miracles. He has one of those legal minds that really knows how to work difficult situations through the greatest benefit of his client. I could not be more pleased!

Prabhu is one of the most awesome Lawyer's you could ever have a real shark when it comes to negotiations he definitely gets the job done I wouldn’t have wanted anyone else on my case. After years of no communication and updates. They told me the company I’m seeing declared for bankruptcy. Showed me no proof. Took my entire retainer only doing the minimum of work. The whole time I felt I was being scammed. At the end the guy I was suing didn’t even know I was suing him. Complete waste of $3000.

I had a very serious case brought on by a very angry ex. I immediately called attorney mergl and he fought the case to the end and all I had to pay was fines from an F1 felony to fines = Great Lawyer. Thank you Attorney Mergl!
