If I could give 0 stars I would. I put in an inquiry yesterday and was called back today by I guess what would be their consultant. She was very rude to me....told me I didn't have a case without hearing all the details. I was very polite to her and told her thank you for calling me and she hung up on me before I could say anything else. She was obviously having a bad day and maybe taking it out on everyone else. I sincerely pray for her to grow in emotional and professional maturity as no one deserves to be treated like that. I have met Abrams and I am sure he would not approve of her behavior.
