Fantastic experience with the folks at HKM. I had inquired online for some legal help, was able to quickly schedule an intake call with the team, explained my issue, then paid a small $475 for a “legal strategy session,” as it’s called. The next day Brian Benestad said via email that my situation was not a favorable one and that a strategy session does not make sense, so he quickly refunded my money! I left scratching my head at why they weren’t interested in helping me, but was very pleased that they were so honest and refunded me! What other firm would do that?!? On top of that, Brian took time out of his busy day to call me up and speak with me for a half hour for FREE! Amazing! He explained everything, confirmed the issues that I was having, and helped immensely by shedding light on the situation and the next steps for me to take. Brian was amazing and pointed me in the right direction!! Thanks again!
