I would like to thank Tim Abeel for the great job that he did to get the consistent problems with my 2020 Explorer taken care of. I was very happy with the outcome and settlement. The case was settled a lot quicker them expected. The staff was great also from the first phone call. I would highly recommend Tim and the law firm for any lemon law issues. Came to them for pua overpayment appeal. They were nice enough, but I didn't feel that I was properly prepared for the questions I'd be asked and they didn't really say much of anything during the appeal. And I still have to pay back everything. Maybe better for bigger legal issues. Not sure the small stuff is a priority.

I warn against believing everything stated by this law firm. They assured me that I had a "good chance" in my appeals - and that the case law supported my position. I promptly paid all attorney fees and fulfilled all responsibilities as a client. However, I completely lost my appeal to the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review, as well as a further appeal to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.
