Robert Mielnicki is the kindest, attentive, most effective defense attorney to have on your side when you or someone you love are in a legal predicament. When you don't know what to do or where to turn, he does. He listens and he knows how to take the information you give him and make it work for your benefit. My family and I needed help, and from the first phone call, he was ready to go. The charges my loved one was facing were serious, but he took the time to get to know my loved one to see that there was something more going on which led my loved one to get into the situation my loved one got into, and he was able to explain that to the judge and got the Best possible outcome Ever! I was cited for "disregarding railroad crossing" which carried a 30 day suspension of my license. Attorney Mielnicki spoke with the officer and the DA and got the charged reduced to carless driving, no suspension of my license. He is very professional and helped to calm me down (nervous). Robert is a true and a kind professional. I can tell you that he is well regarded in legal community. He knows all the key players involved in the court system. He even knew the police officer involved in my traffic ticket. Robert talked to the police officer, and officer agreed to plea down the ticket to non point violation. Mr. Mielnicki recently defended me on my DUI case. He not only got my license suspension wiped away, but he got my DUI charge knocked down to a General Impairment. This is not the first time Mr.Mielnicki has defended me either. When I was younger he defended me on a pretty serious case and got 3 felonies knocked down to misdemeanors.
