I got in contact with this law firm through Legal Shield and I was contacted by an attorney almost immediately. My fiancé and I were kind of skeptical at first but hear we are 5 months later and it was the best decision EVER. Our attorney was Ashley Rundell. She was very professional and knowledgeable in just about everything. She responds in a timely manner. We would recommend Ms Rundell for anybody who going through a divorce/Custody or civil/criminal.

She was diligent, took time to understand my situation, then decided the best course of action. Matilda was not only great, but she resolved my matter yielding the BEST possible outcome. Couldn’t even speak to a real attorney to discuss my case. They had me speak to an intake guy who acted like the know all and end all of medical decisions because he has Lupus and was an RN…..He was completely wrong about everything he said and talked about himself the entire time….and had no idea what treatment was for me and instead of listening just brushed me off and gave me completely wrong advice just based off his life. Never again. Worst law office. Legal Shield should hire a different office to send PA residents too. Cancelled my service.

Amazing service, answers all my questions and gives awesome advice

If any of your legal matters are time sensitive or important to you I would recommend finding another provider. Monday December 13th I submitted a contract review request to Fiffik Law Group, the Pittsburgh based Legal Shield provider, and was contacted the following day on the 14th to discuss what was to be done with the contract. I was told by Fiffik, and Legal Shield claims, that the turnaround time on my only 4 page, very simply worded contact would be within 3 business days. Come Monday December 20th and no one has gotten back to me from the law firm so I called to leave messages and emailed until 12/21 Tuesday afternoon when I finally speak with Megan at Fiffik Law Group. I was informed that the person who would be handling my contract did not even have it on her desk until Monday 12/21/21 almost a week after submitting it and they had now determined that because the contract was governed by laws other than PA that they could not even review it and it would have to be sent out to another provider firm in said state! The irony is that this information in regards to the location of the parties was provided and available to them from day one so they basically did nothing with it and made no attempt to contact me to update me in regards to the situation. No one at the law firm will tell me what happened or why they did not start this process on day one as it should have been and all claim to have no idea. Since they do not even know what went wrong to fix it I have no faith that they will or are even interested in resolving it for future clients. As a side note I was able to acquire a respectable firm that reviewed the contract and got back to me the same day! Lesson learned!

Was referred by legal shield & to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. Very inattentive, dismissive attorneys at this firm. Their response time is horrendous, seems they barely care to offer sound legal advise, they just want to get rid of you & move on. I had an attorney Barbara fail to return my call for over a week then finally calls a day before court date, she then tried to lie that I never sent her documents depicting court dates & when finally confronted with proof, basically brushed it off & dismissively said I'll have my supervisor contact you. Supervisor was almost as rude, so I ended up going to court without representation. Wouldn't recommend after such an unpalatable experience.
