I’ve used this firm going back as long as 10 years ago and have consistently had great experiences and success with them. I highly recommend retaining them for any sort of legal issues that you might have. My recent experiences are with Barbara Wiese and Andrew swain two consummate professionals that go over and above what is actually expected of them. There’s nights when it’s after nine or 10 PM that my phone rings i chuckle and I answer it with good evening Andrew how’s your night going ?Because I know it’s him on the other end He makes sure that he gets back to you . He doesn’t leave you wondering and worrying about things. he always has your back and he always tells you what your options are. Even if you don’t like them at least you’re dealing with reality and they’re trying to resolve issues quickly and expeditiously rather than string you out and make a big deal out of something that doesn’t have to be a big deal just so that they can continue to bill you and Bill you and Bill you like most law firms . My experiences with Barbara Wiesse have also been very amazing. Her writing skills are extraordinary and her grasp of the crux of the issue is awesome. She’s taken issues that other attorneys couldn’t resolve or handle for me and expeditiously Within a few days has sent me the information that I requested that other people could not get for me. Once again I would highly recommend this law firm because of the quality of their people but it even goes farther than that because everyone I’ve ever talked to or had to deal with does a great and amazing job all the way from the intake people Audrey and Karen to Jennifer the referral guru noemy in administration etc. etc.5 STAR !!!!

Mike Fiffik: Horrible communication skills. Passes responsibilities to staff, who fail to respond. Length of time to completion of services unacceptable.

Laura Devine: She is a very good lawyer that represented me. I was dealing with General Motor and Bryner Chevrolet dealer for about a year and they both have giving me a hard time, so I had to get a lawyer and I got Laura Devine from Fiffik law firm with legal shield. She also call me on her own time about my case and she also did her homework on nowing on the part that I was waiting for about a year she find out that they no longer make that part so GM had to get a another manufacturer to make it, so I finally got my car fix with the good job she did. I will also recommended her to other people that need help. If it wasn't for her I will still be waiting for my car to get fix. I had a horrible experience with this law firm. It began with an attorney who was either inexperienced or just clearly uninterested in my civil case. After complaining and asking to speak with a supervising attorney, I was treated with very short responses and rude behavior. I ultimately found another attorney with another law firm who has been great. I wasted 10 days during a time sensitive matter to be mistreated by this law firm. I would strongly recommend you do not make the same mistake that I have. Other reviews show that I am not the first to have had this experience.
