I was in a litigation with this law firm they work with unruly clients and lack professionalism. They made it difficult for both parties involved including miscommunication, lawyers promised no contact with their client and yet I and my family are being harassed still with no repercussions. Trying to contact the lawyer is difficult in its own when your only receiving one word answers back as well. Maybe this will get me somewhere

I went through legal shield to this law farm, My experience with this law firm was awful. No professionalism and zero communication despite constant follow up. They are responsive at first and attorney Matthew bole asked to pay 750 to begin with and another 150 in our second conversation soon after I paid them They are not responsive at all. completely went ghost. I spoke to Desk lady once, she offered 150 refund rest assured I paid them 900 and I got refund of 150 that’s it. They would not return phone calls or emails. I do not recommend using this law firm. SCAME SCAME

I used "Launch" to set up my LLC. Both Grace & Alex walked me thru all of the steps; basically held my hand & were so patient with me. They were very responsive, professional and Grace made it a point to ensure I knew I could call back with any additional support needed. Thanks ladies.
