Ashley Rundell was fantastic as my lawyer! The lawyer with this group I had previously was inconsistent and not as competent. My now ex husband dragged out the divorce. He wouldn't respond to his own lawyer. Ashley was able to correspond with his lawyer. They got things accomplished and moved along. I really felt like she was 'for me' and my children. She fought for me ! Highly recommend her!!!

Just go read all the other 1 star reviews. I agree with them all. Lazy. Unprofessional. Unhelpful. DO NOT USE LEGALSHIELD or Fiffik LOOK ELSEWHERE

Absolutely the worse legal shield group i have ever dealt with. Better signing up with va or west va Stay away from pittsburgh law groups. They are money hungry and have the absolute worse lawyer connections ive ever had ti deal with. I stay have an open ticket in another state this lazy lawyer james Klienbaum in chatham ny still has done nothing for 4 months. He still got paid from legal shield!

Elizabeth Hunt has been the best Attorney I have ever dealt with in the Pittsburgh area. She is a “person” as well as the best Attorney. She has stood by me and helped me through some complicated family matters.

My experience with Fiffik Law group is one that couldn't have been any more satisfying. I was assisted by Grace A Page, a paralegal with this firm. Throughout the process of establishing my LLC Ms Page was completely professional as well as competent. Communications were clearly conveyed and any questions I may have had were resolved promptly. When one combines all the above with the fact that Ms Page seemed genuinely interested in seeing the process through to my satisfaction. Suffice to say, my application was successful, Thanks Ms Page.

I got this firm through my Legal Shield membership and I must say it was a terrible experience. They lack professionalism and are extremely inefficient in their approach. Despite repeated follow-ups, they were unresponsive and completely disregarded the time sensitivity of my issue. It has been months now and I'm still awaiting first action to a simple contract matter that has been pending with them. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of action taken by them and would not recommend this firm to anyone.

Reading the reviews sort of has me wondering about future issues.. as I hope the entire firm is as effective is as Elizabeth is, she honestly has been wonderful with providing me everything I needed to properly prepare myself. It would be nice if you got this kind of service everywhere honestly. LinkedIn doesn't allow me to view the entire firm's profiles without being close to them or something, I don't know, so I can't verify all individuals. My assumption is you get assigned a specific lawyer from the firm for specific case types, but I will verify that later. Regardless, I plan on keeping my LegalShield membership as so far it's been great to me. If it cost more, I would probably pay it. Thank you Elizabeth/Fiffik Law. Keep up the good work.
