1-5-2022 I consulted with Attorney Bole about an appeal due to getting a court order that states" According to Upper St Clair Township code 41, Jason Depp is required to only have 3 dogs on the premises ".This was in retaliation for complaints i made on code enforcement and USC was trying to remove one of my support and or service dogs .That order is also a misrepresentation of the ordinance. Chapter 41 stats anyone who has more than 3 pets is running a kennel. Attorney Bole laughed at me stating " that order was made to get a reaction". I don't find the judicial system inflicting emotional distress funny or amusing. Or trying to remove one of my dogs out of retaliation. In response. Wow.. thats exactly what i said when Attorney Bole stayed that to me. I was going over the order and found notes. The public should know.The date and time was 3:53 pm on 1-5-22. Attorney Bole mite be a huge dog lover but had no interest in fighting to keep mine. My 4 dogs are not pets and family. The issue is 1. USC redefining PA state definition of kennel to anyone who has more than 3 pets is running a kennel.Also (A) under USC definition my dogs would be a "Utility " 2.USC denied accommodation out of retaliation . 3.An agreement make without my concent that states " I can only have 3 dogs on the premises. He also stated that the attorney who made this agreement against me is "A good guy". Right I'm the badguy for having a family of 4 dogs.

they are part of legal shield which is a scam to promise you services they don't deliver on . do not use and do not sign up for this useless service . i submitted a will request 3 times and never received the call back or any info from this law firm

Didn’t add text when I posted this so I will now. First I want to make it clear that my initial experience here with David Siegel was great, he was very helpful during a rough time and very professional, and I would highly recommend him personally. I cannot speak for the entire association, as my review is solely on my experience with Matthew Bole… who had helped finalize some stuff with my prior attorney from what I heard, and which is why I was lead to contact him in the first place. I had called in July and we made an agreement to arrange to work on an issue, he said he’d review the documents and write up an estimate on how much it would cost to do the work, and then he went no contact on me. I didn’t hear any response until the end of September after I had to reach out asking what was going on— and then his reply was that he could not help me anymore. When I responded asking why, it took at least a week or longer to get a short response, which gave me nothing else to go off of. When I asked what happened to our agreement he said it wasn’t with the money (whose money idk). After getting no real options via our emails and spending 2.5 months exchanging short sentences, I started to call the office so I could hopefully have one final discussion to give me an alternative direction to go. I called for 2 or 3 weeks in a row, each time he was unavailable, so I left messages, and still have yet to hear back. I understand if he was not able to help even if he thought he could at first… but I absolutely did not appreciate the ghosting and letting me just wait and wonder what to do. I am admittedly clueless on the issue I have and I was hoping for at least some direction or options. And time was a big factor in my problem which now after jumping through hoops to essentially be told to deal with it, I don’t think I even have any options left.
