I contacted Chris to represent a family member. When I first spoke with him, I was upset. The first thing Chris did was reassure me that everything was going to be ok - which was huge for me. He took the time to listen. He was confident, non judgmental and had a game plan. Communication was timely. He returned calls promptly. Meeting Chris in person, he was calm, friendly and put everyone at ease. He had a great demeanor with everyone in court which no doubt helped. I'm grateful to have had him on our side.
