Having Jonathan Stewart, of SMT Legal represent our case was the best decision we ever made! We lost everything to a house fire on Christmas Eve morning, Dec. 24, 2022. I initially contacted Jonathan for a product liability claim, due to the source of our fire coming from a 2 month old pellet stove. Jonathan took the time to explain Pennsylvania product liability law. He gave examples of what we could do with our homeowners policy and it became quite evident that we had a lot to learn about home owners insurance. Jonathan walked us through our homeowners policy. He was able to explain policy language and made sure we received our maximum benefits. He was easy to work with. He responded promptly with any questions we had and he kept us up to date every step of the way. We live 90 minutes North of Pittsburgh and we only traveled to the SMT Legal office one time for our initial meeting. The service that SMT Legal and Johnathan Stewart provided me after a car accident left me with a totaled car and a severe concussion was phenomenal.
