When it comes to immigration and visa issues, there is not a single lawyer I can think of that I would rather handle my work and my clients than Joel. He not only understand the intricate processes and rules but also has a grasp on the mentality, attitudes and prejudices of the bureaucracies that process these papers and so can both provide accurate, precise and focused guidance on exactly how an immigration matter should be handled but can also give direction on the subtleties of the application and language so that they are more favorable to those processing this paperwork and, as a result, we have had a very high acceptance rate when it comes to immigration matters. Very often our clients have come to us after visas have been denied by other advisors and lawyers. If anyone can get the job done, Joel is the man.
