I've had the experience of using multiple immigration lawyers in the last few months. Joel was BY FAR the most efficient, honest, and effective I've encountered. I recommend him to anyone looking to be properly taken care of in the quickest and most cost efficient manner. I'd give 10 stars but Joel will have to settle for 5 😁

Update Review #2 Absolute disregard for clients time and money, 4 years and Nothing done for divorce. The only thing I’ve found this firm responsible for is making sure their “Bill gets delivered on time to our home in a timely fashion” I would give it less than one star, but I have to choose something.

This firm cares 0% about their clients, this firm has not as much returned an email since late October 2022, five to six months without a single phone call or reply, let alone anything being done on the legal side of things, NO PROBLEM SENDING THE BILL EVER MONTH Thank you McCarthy esp 1 star is too high of a rating

Cant say enough good things about this firm. They kept us informed about our case some of case is still ongoing but the workmans comp part is settled. After the lose of my father in a tractor trailer accident and being a only child so the brunt of keeping it together for my poor mother along with some help of friends and family it has been a upward climb plus dealing with the company my dad worked for at first i just didn't know what was going to happen to everything my dad worked for for 45 years and what was my mom going to do i didn't want her to have to sell the house or anything aspeciely when it wasn't his fault. Our attorney traveled back and forth between Pittsburgh and dubois pa to make it easier on my mom he made her so at ease and even did court threw zoom, we never had to leave our house. Its not over theres still things to figure out but mom will be taken care of and dads legacy will live on thak you Rhett for all your help i can't say enough to show my gratitude .

Chad Pociernicki helped us with estate planning and the process went very well; he patiently explained the legal details and considerations, and within a couple of conversations our preparations were done. The firm communicated well and worked with us on scheduling.
