Just called for an evaluation for an appeal for SSDI. Whoever their intake person that questions possible clients is quite rude. That is enough to make me seek representation elsewhere. Not a good first impression for potential clients.(scroll down to other reviews and apparently I'm not the only one who had this negative experience.)

A confusing and intimidating process made easy with truly compassionate people.

After my stroke I was denied SSDI. I turned to Berger and Green to help get a positive outcome. After working with them, they were extremely professional and knew exactly what I needed to win my case. I would refer anyone needing help to let them help with your case.

At Berger and green they were so fast and professional with my ssdi case it was amazing the quick response I received And the communications from their professional staff was also fast and amazing at Berger and green they do care about every case I am living proof

I'm only putting 2 stars because I couldn't even get through the intake process. The legal assistant, Kya, was extremely irritable (clearly!), rude, & made it extremely uncomfortable to talk to. I asked to speak with someone else after telling her that her tone was very unprofessional. I used to work in a law firm downtown Pgh & would NEVER speak as such on the phone. From the moment she spoke, I knew she was going to have an attitude. I have heard wonderful things about this law firm but I personally did NOT have a good experience. I would highly recommend finding another legal assistant that enjoys helping people!
