I met Andrew Lacy through a unemployment group where he introduced himself, gave some free advice and even offered to help if needed. I inboxed him unsure if I even had a wrongful termination case and he had no problem listening to me and giving me his honest opinion. In the coming day we exchanged numbers/emails about retaining him as my attorney because it turned out I had a case. Mr. Lacy was very attentive, detail oriented, very knowledgeable about the law and when I didn’t understand something he broke it down so I could understand, he always kept me in the loop. What I appreciate most about him is how involved he stayed, and how easy it was to contact him. I had the opportunity to text, call or email him and 9/10 he answered less than 24 hours later, majority of the time it was same day. Never a middle man. Although my case is still going I’ve never been more confident in someone’s ability to get the job done and Im looking forward to a positive outcome because of him. If you are looking for someone to have your back, Mr. Lacy is the way to go! I could not have asked for anyone better.

Very informative and if Mr. Lacy doesn’t have the answer he makes sure to find the answer and report back. He found laws I didn’t even know existed. I’m interested to see how my previous employer responds, being they are up against a knowledgeable employment lawyer.
