Rachel made my legal process as painless as possible and was a joy to work with!

Rachel & Alex were kind, supportive and really listened during our consultation. They gave me some pointers and were honest about the lead time for what I was requesting. Their pricing seemed fair and they were very transparent in guiding me toward the right package for my issue. If I need help again, I will definitely reach out.

I put in a request online to schedule a consultation. I was never contacted about my request, so I called and was informed it was never received. While on the call, the representative scheduled a consultation for me a week from the date of the call. On the scheduled call, I was informed that they were too busy to assist me, and it wouldn’t be worth having a consultation. While they did provide me with contact numbers for other potential law firms, it does not change the fact that I could have been told upfront prior to scheduling that you were too busy to take on cases and even conduct the consultation.

I reached out to Sean Casey with questions on two separate legal matters. He spent a good amount of time talking to me, researching my case, and handling all aspects of my situation. He thoroughly answered any question I had and explained any legal jargon in terms that I could easily understand. Some key attributes of working with Sean that were important to me would include his high level of professionalism, polite demeanor, and timely manner concerning returning phone calls, emails, and submitting documentation. I also wanted to mention his paralegal, Jessica. She is top-notch, and all of the positive things I’ve said about Sean could also be said about her. Overall, I had an outstanding experience working with them.
