I hired and spoke with Mathew Ness For a speeding ticket i recieved. Over the course of 6 weeks leading up to my court date i would contact the law office and either no one would answer or id recieve a text hours later asking what i needed. When i would reply that i had questions for my lawyer i would recieve texts asking what i wanted to ask. Extremely frusterating. Then the friday before my coust date i spoke with Mathew Ness, he answered questions i had and told me hed see me in court on Monday... after traveling 5 hours from Michigan to Pittsburgh for court a completely different lawyer showed up. I was eventually told that i didnt even need to make the 10 hour round trip which was never communicated to me... In one word my entire experience with this law firm was frusterating. Extremely poor communication skills. And once they have your money youll never hear from them again until its time for court. I DO NOT recommend working with Mathew Ness and i hope he reads this.

I found myself in an unfortunate situation of a DUI which was my first time being in trouble with the law. I panicked and didn't show which caused a warrant to be issued. Eventually I decided to call an attorney and have this situation finally taken care of after two years. Samir helped throughout my whole ordeal. He made the process as seamless as possible and was able to get the warrant lifted with ease. I hope to never have to need a lawyer again but if I do, I'd call this law firm without a doubt. I recommend them if you enjoy a simple, straightforward and worry free process.

Everybody at this law firm, from the attorneys to the office staff, have been nothing but extremely helpful during a very stressful time. They are all very polite and respectful. To put it bluntly, they do not talk down to you. Communication is excellent. Anytime that I had a question, I received a very prompt and thorough reply. I was even able to text them, which made communicating quick and easy. I was assured that the matter would be taken care of and it was, no stress involved.
