Very prompt, professional, and reassuring to my family during a difficult time. Attorney Sarna was courteous, and knowledgeable when it came to her specific case. My mother had always felt like she was in good hands throughout the entirety of the case. She was very satisfied with the service she has received. Both Attorney Sarna, and Attorney Worgul are very humble, and easy to talk to. If we needed to get a hold of them for any reason we were able to get through very swiftly. First time DUI offender and not being an American Citizen is definitely a scary situation to be in. I was going through my citizenship process to become an American Citizen when this unfortunate situation happened to me. I was so scared, I did not know what to do, I spoke to my immigration attorney and she could not assist me because she did not know anything about PA DUI Law. I have had the representation from the Worgul Law Firm on two separate occasions. The first time I was represented was for DUI charge. I had mistakenly chosen to receive representation from the public defenders office. I feel as though the public defender tha that was assigned to me didn't take the time to find the details of my case and give me proper representation. The public defender did not take the time at the opportunity that was given in to ask the police officer what happened or find the flaws in their statement that I believe there were. The way things appeared to be heading, I was looking to serve time because this was not my 1st DUI offense. I then had the opportunity to discuss my case with attorney Mike Worgul. He truly cared of what the outcome of my case would be. He wasn't like most other attorneys I have encountered over my years whom seem to simply take your money knowing there isn't much they can do for you. I know this because he took the action to try and move a few steps backwards in the order of proceedings to undo the poor work of the public defender. He made sure to stay in contact with me. He was good enough to handle certain things in court with out my presence in the court room if I didn't necessarily have to be there, which saved me from taking off work and wasting time and money getting to the court house. Mike made sure I always understood what was going on with the case. He presented me with different options of avenues I can take in the case and what the possible out comes of each may be. Long story short, Worgul Law Firm kept me from doing time. I am completely grateful of the effort the firm put forth in my case and I am satisfied with the result. The 2nd time I was represented by Worgul Law Firm I was pulled over on a traffic violation and racked up quite a few charges. I believe I was pinpointed by an officer and pulled over unlawfully. Attorney Worgul started the proceedings very prepared. See the officer claimed he recognized me from high school, ran my license, saw it was suspended, then pulled me over for driving on a suspended license. Worgul was asking the officer all of the proper questions and all the right moments. The officer pinpointed me from his "immaculate" memory he claimed to have of an encounter he had with me approximately13 years prior. It got to the point to where the officer couldn't keep his story straight any longer and started saying he couldn't remember the instance of which took place only 8 months prior. Again, Mike handled most of the court proceedings without my necessary presence. The outcome of the case, most of the charges were dropped. The one charge I received was much lighter than the original because Mike was able to get in reduced, to the point where I basically have to pay a fine, as opposed to fine and more license suspension. Once again, I am very grateful and pleased with the effort and outcome I received with the representation of Worgul Law Firm.

It was not a question that he could not answer (I had a great number of questions) if it was, he did research.Mike had a response back to me very promptly.
