I loved her focus on trauma-informed lawyering. She understands that starting/resolving a complaint is a big event in the person's life and she wants to help her clients get through it and then move on with their lives.

Rachel & Alex were kind, supportive and really listened during our consultation. They gave me some pointers and were honest about the lead time for what I was requesting. Their pricing seemed fair and they were very transparent in guiding me toward the right package for my issue. If I need help again, I will definitely reach out.

I put in a request online to schedule a consultation. I was never contacted about my request, so I called and was informed it was never received. While on the call, the representative scheduled a consultation for me a week from the date of the call. On the scheduled call, I was informed that they were too busy to assist me, and it wouldn’t be worth having a consultation. While they did provide me with contact numbers for other potential law firms, it does not change the fact that I could have been told upfront prior to scheduling that you were too busy to take on cases and even conduct the consultation.
