When I first found myself in legal trouble, I didn't know where to turn...every which way was just a frustrating dead end. after talking over my frustration with many others looking for advice Mike Worgul's Law Firm seemed to be the leading name I kept coming across. as frustrated with other firms and as nervous about my accusation as I was, I decided to give it a shot and man I'm glad I did ! Upon hanging up the very first phone call into the firm, I felt confident that I had finally chosen the right path. As the prelim hearing came I started having many question. Mike was always available and when he happened not to be, he got back to me VERY quickly with answers to ALL of my question and concerns. This truly confirmed that the choice I made really was right ! As everyone that recommend him to me assured me, he was on time, clean cut/properly attired, and very confident that we would come out with the results we were trying to attain. I personally was looking at 3 counts of felony charges. Mike was able to make all three dissolve into a simple misdemeanor charge. thank the high heavens he was there by my side. I will definitely be recommending Mike Worgul and his Law Firm to ANYONE in need of ANY legal advice. I received a speeding ticket while I was in Pittsburgh on business. Just my luck... I'm from Chicago and getting back to go to court wasn't going to be convenient or cheap. I sought out Worgul Law Firm LLC to discuss someone representing me. Mike Worgul answered my call immediately and listened carefully to my scenario. I was pretty worried about paying him just because I'm from out of state and had never met him. I took a chance and paid him the retainer he requested. Once my payment was processed he got to work immediately and had the court waive my attendance at the hearing. On the day of the hearing Mike called me saying he was a little early to the court house and wanted to touch base. He reduced my 4 point speeding charge down to 2 points and got my fine reduced. I should be receiving a check shortly from the PA Courts. All in all it was a very good experience and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

I had a great experience dealing with attorney Michael Worgul. He handled my case with professional conduct, I had no issues getting a hold of him like I have had in the pass with some other attorney's, he showed patience when answering my 1000 questions I had asked him, and although a slight bit pricey, was still well worth the money. He will be handling any of my other future troubles if I were to ever encounter them again.

Samir Sarna was amazing! He was confident, honest and, very knowledgeable. He got my minor offense dismissed. From the moment he walked into the Magistrate's office it seemed like he was in complete control of the situation. The firm does exactly as the profile states - my case was not a minor matter to me, and Samir took it as seriously as I did. Right from the start, Samir was extremely professional and helpful, and as time went on, found him to be credible, reliable and compassionate. He gave his full attention to my case and worked with the court in my absence, and achieved results beyond what I was hoping for - my case was dismissed and my collateral will be refunded. Just days before my court case with impending jail time for outstanding traffic violations stemming over 20 years. My original intent was to seek counsel from a public defender. Samir Sarna is an excellent criminal attorney, he defended my son in more than one case. My son had a laundry list of severe felonies both times. Samir fought for him and kept his record felony free.
