Mike and his firm took on a case that could’ve had me serving at least 15yrs minimum. He presented our defence very well and he was great at pin pointing out the law with regards to it all making sense. We went to trial by jury and I was found not guilty in Westmorland County. 💯💪

Very personable and professional law firm. I am a Soldier from out of state that was dealing with a crazed mother of my child and was hit with domestic allegations from her in order to ruin my career and take full custody of my child. Long story short two of the allegations were dropped and the rest were beat in court. All of the paralegal staff and Attorneys were professional and did not treat me as if I was just a criminal and a walking bank account. Particularly Mr. Chris Larson, he was genuinely concerned and determined to beat the case. They listened to my concerns and kept me updated while I was back in my home state of record. I recommend anyone in need of defense to employ Worgul, Sarna, and Ness. No amount of money is too much for your freedom and dignity. A man is worth his word and his name and now I’m in the process of clearing my name and enjoying life without a vindictive individual controlling me and our child. I strongly recommend them for any legal issues. Samir Sarna is an incredibly efficient and compassionate lawyer. I reside in South Carolina and I had him handle a case in Pennsylvania. It was hard living so far away, but Samir made the process of handling the case incredibly easy for me. He was also very responsive and always had an open line of communication for me. I highly recommend using him for any criminal case. I can not give him enough five star reviews, but if you have any criminal case in Pennsylvania, then you need to hire him!

I personally don’t know much about the justice system but I felt left in the dark for a majority of my case. I never even got a chance to meet with Samir, the lawyer assigned to it. However, Matt and Mike were very helpful during my preliminary and post hearings after that. I just wish more communication would have been given. Felt like I was just written off for the ending of the case. Way too overpriced for their services as well. Wouldn’t recommend.

It appears they took advantage of socioeconomic status when they took on a case where someone was charged wrongfully. The “victim” got charged with falsifying police reports pertaining to him and pled to a lesser charge. His attorney took his case likely knowing he wouldn’t have the income to change lawyers, then didn’t do anything substantial for him. They had ample evidence of his innocence but they showed up with an empty briefcase and said she had a good case forcing his hand to plea. They actually said other cases were more important. Well why did they take his money then? They didn’t truly represent him, they showed up empty handed, knowing with his socioeconomic status he couldn’t do anything. I believe they preyed on him in a system that preys on poor people.

I highly recommend and respect these attorneys. From start to finish the level of professionalism and communication was beyond my expectations. In a very difficult and confusing time for me, all my questions were promptly answered at anytime. I can not be more pleased with the service I received. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use their service again. I can not say enough about these attorneys and their associates. Too bad I can not give them more than five stars.

For a month I was sick over my upcoming hearing. Today, I was met at the hearing site by my attorney, Christopher Larsen who took over with expertise in law and procedure. Within minutes the case was completely reduced in seriousness. It took Attorney Larsen nine minutes to bring a favorable resolution to my worries. He was worth every penny and more.
