it has been five years since Steve has come on with our group. since that time Steve has done a excellent job keeping our union compliant with all trustee matters and has been excellent on handling the few grievance that may come up. we fill Steve has done a number #1job for us

Steve Winslow has been a fantastic attorney for the full time faculty union of my university. I've worked closely with him for three years now-- first in an extended contract negotiation and in the years since as we navigate the enforcement of the contract. He's responsive on email or a phone call to answer questions both big and small. He's thorough in his answers to questions, patient in explaining his rationales, comfortable with discussion and challenges, open to collaborative thinking, and operates-- in my experience of him-- from a place of compassion which never compromises his integrity nor the vigor of his argument.

Steve Winslow was one of two attorneys from the same firm who have been handling negotiations for the union local that our university faculty voted to join. Technically I didn't personally hire Steve or his firm as they were in place when I joined the negotiations for our CBA. I have high praise for his knowledge, preparation, and thoroughness throughout the 1.5-year negotiations. Since the contract has been signed Steve is who we in our unit go to for clarifications and legal advice on the labor/management matters that arise in the course of working under our CBA.

My wife & I had a legal matter to deal with in a timely manner. We reached out to Steve and he was very prompt and responsive. Reviewed our situation and documents throughly, provided us advice and feedback based on his findings. He took the time to explain us our situation and how to reach a conclusion. Steve drafted us a very clear and concise letter. In the end we were able to overcome our hurdle and he saved saved us a couple thousands of dollars possibly lost. We are very thankful for Steve and his consultation work. Steve is very honest, trustworthy and easy to understand. He made sure we were satisfied with his work and the result. We would definitely use him again in the future if necessary. Highly recommend Steve!
