Very open and down to earth initially.....please make sure you document all conversations and follow up with written email document with a "read receipt". Make sure you listen to the judge and again document what is said in writing and distribute with a "read receipt". Make sure your questions and concerns are addressed in writing. Family Court is totally different than Civil Court - "Court of Equity".

Attorney Beroes was absolutely amazing in finding the means to my problem, the law firm is warm and friendly. Mrs Beroes and her team are the kind of ppl that actually care and will do their best to get the job done. If I ever need an attorney again, they will be the first call.

Im a father I have been fighting for my only child/son who's now 12 since 2008 his mom moved to Pittsburgh without my consent I eventually moved to Pittsburgh to be closer to him after all his mom did to me alienation manipulation of the court system etc Julie beroes and her mom teamed up and fought for me..I have to be completely honest it felt like I was standing in front of a firing squad and at any given time a single bullet would kill me dead . The fear I had in me facing court system being a black man with a felony on my record along with all the lies etc from the mom was extremely difficult but I put all my faith in my attorney and she won 50/50 physical and legal custody. Now I am stress free at least I can say I don't have that fear anymore of my kids mom taking my son . Out of all attorneys located western pa they are the best lawyers I strongly suggest any father's out there going through similar situation to put your money and faith in Julie she truly saved me .

Julie was my attorney for child custody/relocation case and is still currently my attorney for my child support case. I had a very “difficult case & an uphill battle” which was told to me by multiple lawyers. A lot of them didn’t want to even touch my case. Told me I couldn’t relocate and that I was crazy. Let me just say this, I hired Julie & WON!!!!! She is AMAZING. My only complaint is that I wish I would have found her sooner. I was with another attorney before I met Julie and I wish she was mine from day 1. She fights so hard for you. I read on here that someone else’s review and theirs words were “she makes you feel like your case is her only case”. Thats how much she truly cares. And I couldn’t agree more. I can’t thank Julie enough for what she had done for me. To her, this is just a job, but for me, it was my whole life. She got me my son and even granted my relocation. I couldn’t have done this without her. If you’re looking for an attorney please take my word and don’t go anywhere else. You will not regret it.

This team is amazing! They are extremely thorough and efficient. Questions and concerns are answered in a timely and professional manner. Anticipated legal fees are clear after the first meeting. The entire team makes you feel as though you are part of their family. No one ever wants to be in a situation where they need a lawyer, but if you ever find yourself in that position, this is the team you want to represent your case. There is not one complaint that I can find with them. They are truly superb.

I had been trying to get custody for my son for the last two years after watching him live unstable with his mother .. I'm so happy I found Beroes Law Center. Elizabeth and Julie told me what they would be able to do and they got it done. A friend of mine who retained Elizabeth a few years ago told me she took on his case and she got him everything he wanted and more. Custody is a super stressful and emotional situation to be in when you want what's in the best interest of your child. They made me feel strong and confident when I felt like I couldn't go on. Elizabeth Beroes.... If you’re thinking about hiring this woman read until the end. But I will say now Incase you’re impatient that my best friend is now filing complaints about this woman. Story: I was standing in the hall of the family court house in Pittsburgh taking to my friends mother. Mrs. Beroes walked over and began speaking out of turn with out so much as an excuse me. She then very rudely said, “can we talk in front of her...” and pointed at me... Instead of just saying, “hey excuse me, can we take a walk with me so we can talk” like a professional lawyer would do. My friends mother assured Mrs. Beroes that it was fine to speak in front of me. My friends mother explained that I knew all of the situations going on and that I was her daughter’s best friend. Mrs.Beroes then again unprofessionally said, “Well, I don’t know about that considering she’s here supporting her husband.“ (Best friend’s husband) in a very rude and exaggerated tone. She based an opinion of me off of seeing me sitting in a chair between my best friend and her husband. I explained that my best friend asked me to sit with and speak to her husband (not that I should have had to). I told Mrs. Beroes there was no reason for her to be so unprofessional and rude. I said I was here with my friend who was also there WITH her husband. Mrs. Beroes then yelled in my face and continued to yell down the hall as she was walking away screaming and trying to tell my best friend and her mother to stay away from me and not talk to me. This woman is incompetent and quite frankly she’s crazy, not just unprofessional! She did not represent me, she represented my best friend. She did nothing she said she would do. Mrs. Beroes told my friend that she’d get her charges dropped and case dismissed. She told my friend that she would advocate for her and her husband by getting paperwork and police reports and explain to the judge certain situations and false allegations made by the police. She never tried to get the paper work, she did not settle anything and then ignored my friends calls and messages about the case leading up to several court hearings and once sent her daughter to represent my friend in her place at court. She took thousands of dollars from my friend and did NOTHING! And also tried to force her to file for custody against her husband that she didn’t want to do. But she didn’t force her by talking to her she forced her by lying to her.
