I highly recommend the services of Avram's office. It has been eight years since Avram handled my divorce, and I recently wrote to request a obscure 'certificate of no appeal' document. Similar to eight years ago, his office quickly and courteously handled my request.

I was referred to Mr. Rosen by two friends who had successful results with his help and guidance. I am a single grandmother who needed help desperately. My grandchildren lived with me most of their lives, i never thought of getting legal guardianship for them. One day mom decided to just take them from me, the children now 7 and 14 paniced, I was lost as to what to do. That's when my friends suggested I call for an appointment to meet with him. I did but thought I would hear, "that's their mom, she have the right and the law is on her side". Not so, he listened in detail to my side, took notes and assured me that as a grandmother, I also had rights. He presented all parties with documents and a court date, he also sent the same documents to the court giving everyone enough time to review. On the date we went to court, the judge came in and said after reviewing the documents sent to him by Mr. Rosen, that he ruled in my favor to award me legal custody of my grandchildren, it was such a relief. He commended Mr. Rosen on a job well done in helping to secure a good home for the girls. When I told the children, no one can ever take them away from me again, it gave them so much joy, we are all together as a family, thanks to Mr. Rosen and his staff.

I have fought Avram on multiple occasions, and I am honored to say that he is a straight-up practitioner who will fight for his client, but also seek ways to avoid needless conflict; who will zealously protect his client, but also reality-check his or her goals; and who will offer his client clear answers and sensible advice.
