My husband and I choose Jason to represent us through the process of applying for a green card. He was straightforward, knowledgeable, and gave prompt responses to every email and phone call. With his help, we successfully applied for, interviewed for, and received my husband’s green card. It was a great comfort to know Jason was there to support us during the process, and we highly recommend contacting him if you want or need legal services for an immigration case.

We can't always anticipate life's needs. After a lengthy illness and being unable to work I found myself behind a mountain of debt. I had applied for disability but that wasn't going to take the mountain away. After first Consulting with Jason Karavias I hired him. That was the best decision I'd made in a long time. Jason knew all the answers to my questions. And he was able to fill me in on all the things that I would need to know to go through a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Most attorneys are confident Jason Takes it a step further he's competent courteous and very knowledgeable. Best of all he never made me feel stupid or like he was too busy for my questions he gave me a comfort level going through something that was totally foreign. Excellent choice if you need an attorney.

My husband and I ran into financial trouble and paid 100.00 retainer to Jason. We were never able to come up with the other 2000 dollars. When I called him to ask for our money back because 2000 was out of our reach, he said no. He stated it's just 100.00 and I had you fill out a questionnaire and that's a fair fee. I opened a file. Really? So you opened a word document that you'll now delete and that only 100.00 to you, is lunch money for one of children for 2 months, it could have been 100.00 towards new school clothes that we can't afford because we keep sinking further in debt. I guess he is great if your not American and are paying with government issued money that undoubtedly I am paying for in taxes. If you are middle class and lost your job and then have a serious medical issues then keep looking.

Update: Nov. 9, 2017 Mr. Karavias had helped us to successfully process my mother's green card last year. Over a year later, we needed additional documentation for a different government purpose. We contacted Mr. Karavias and he came through again. We wish we could give him a 10-star rating! ++++++++++++++++++++++++ We were faced with applying for our mother’s green card application. Since we had many questions and were unsure of some of the required documentation, we decided to get the help of an attorney. We are so happy we contacted Jason Karavias. He took the time to answer all our questions and helped us get some of the supporting documents. I would highly recommend Mr. Karavias to anyone who has any uncertainty about how to proceed with filing for permanent residency.

I initially called Jason for a free consultation about my green card application. He was very helpful and personable, as well as patient with my questions.
